These are fantastic!!! Effective, pleasant, healthy. The ideal way to quit nicotine pouches (very much worth doing). My mouth feels fresh and clean whenever I use them, my teeth have already whitened (subtle but noticeable) after a week of usage. I've been surprised and impressed with how much they perk you up, especially this caffeinated version. The energy is noticeable but super smooth, non-jittery, gentle. I personally like having both this and the uncaffeinated version on hand, especially for quitting nicotine pouches, so they can perk you up or satisfy a craving at any time of day. But if I had to carry only one, I'd probably pick this caffeinated version.

I'm not a frequent review-leaver, but these have been such a hit for myself and people I've given them to, they've given me the opposite of buyer's remorse lol. Likely one of my best purchases of the year. Sounds glazey but it's true!

My one note for potential improvement is that the pouches are slightly thick. I've gotten used to e.g. Zyns, which can subtly fit under the cheek without any bulge, but these are a bit thicker, and I sometimes notice it visually when I look in the mirror. (Note I only referenced Zyns since it varies by brand, and Smile+ isn't the only one, e.g. Velos are also slightly thick). It's subtle; a stranger wouldn't notice. But if there's a way to deliver the same dose in slimmer form (even just making it longer), I'd cast my vote for that.

The only other criticism I could see is that this particular mint version has a solid "bite" or mouth sensation when you first put them in, but to me this is a pro since it helps perk you up without caffeine.
